Why can’t I log in anymore?

Please check the following:

• Have you forgotten your password? Click on the link to this page – first on already a member and then on forgotten password.
• You may have been reported or blocked on this platform for unacceptable behavior or for misusing our service. If we delete or suspend an account the user is generally informed. Contact our support service to check your status or see if we were unable to deliver your mail.
• If you were logged in and believe someone may have gained unauthorized access to your account, contact our support service.

If you’ve gone through all of these tips and still can’t log in, please contact our support service.
