What conditions must a dog fulfil in order to be registered?
Minimum age: 12 weeks
Dogs must be healthy. If ill, they should remain at home or in medical care
Listed attack dogs, dangerous breeds and dogs known to be at risk of biting
strangers, must be clearly flagged as such in the description. These dogs
must
only be lent to borrowers authorized to keep dogs thus categorized (with
corresponding licenses, validation and certification). In the case of such
dogs,
we also recommend that the owner is present in the initial phase before the
borrower is allowed to take sole responsibility for the dog.
If a dog owner’s license is required in your state, your dog may only be
entrusted to correctly-licensed individuals.
